You retain full ownership of all content you create on DreamForge, including campaigns, worlds, NPCs, and session notes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your creative work.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and providing accurate information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DreamForge for generating illegal, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. AI Features

AI-generated suggestions are provided as creative assistance. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content.

7. Subscription & Payments

Paid features are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

DreamForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
